Brandon Clark with Connexa Search Group is partnering with a growing organization to identify a Director of FP&A who will play a key role in both financial leadership and operational support. Reporting to senior finance leadership, this individual will have ownership over financial performance, including margins, labor efficiency, and profitability. The role is highly visible and involves working closely with operations to drive better outcomes and improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations leadership to develop and execute financial plans
• Analyze performance trends and help drive improvements across the business
• Support pricing and contract strategy through financial modeling and analysis
• Identify opportunities to improve margins and overall cost structure
• Evaluate investments and provide financial input on key business decisions
• Build and track KPIs, forecasts, and performance reporting
• Lead regular business reviews and provide insights to leadership
• Collaborate with corporate finance on forecasting and planning processes
• Support growth initiatives, including new service lines and potential acquisitions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in FP&A or finance roles supporting operations
• Strong analytical and modeling skills with the ability to turn data into insights
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
