As we continue to scale, we're looking for a strategic and hands-on Director of FP&A to build financial insights that drive business decisions across the organization. This is a high-impact leadership role, partnering closely with the executive team and department leaders to shape the company's financial strategy and support sustainable growth.

· Responsibilities:

• Lead the company's financial planning processes, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Own company-wide financial models, forecasts, and scenario planning to support strategic decision-making.
• Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations that drive business performance.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards, operational metrics, and executive reporting.
• Analyze business performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and present actionable recommendations.
• Support Board of Directors and investor reporting, including preparation of financial materials and presentations.
• Partner closely with department leaders to improve budget management, resource allocation, and financial accountability.
• Drive improvements in financial planning processes, reporting automation, and planning tools.
• Lead financial analysis for strategic initiatives, investments, pricing, and business opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Accounting to ensure accurate forecasting and financial reporting.
• Build and mentor the FP&A function as the company continues to grow.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Strategic Finance, including leadership experience.
• Experience leading financial planning in a high-growth technology or SaaS company.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Experience supporting executive leadership, Board reporting, and strategic planning.
• Proven ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights.
• Excellent business partnering skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements and business drivers.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with FP&A planning tools is an advantage.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
