Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee 8 F&B outlets across the resort
2. Deliver exceptional guest dining experiences
3. Manage F&B budgets, staffing, menus, and service delivery
4. Innovate guest offerings through seasonal and trend-driven promotions
5. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and service standards
6. Lead, mentor, and train a multicultural team

Candidate Profile

1. 2+ years as Director of F&B or 4+ years in senior F&B leadership
2. Bachelor’s degree and hospitality certifications
3. English fluency; German or Russian a plus
4. Proven experience in premium, all-inclusive, 150+ key resorts
5. Must be available to relocate on a single basis

Package Includes

1. Salary: USD 4,000 gross
2. Avg. service charge: USD 400–700/month
