Director of Food and Beverage is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategic oversight and daily execution of all dining room and pool food and beverage operations at Capital City Club. This position is collaborative with the Director of Food and Beverage (Banquets & Golf Operations) to ensure operational excellence, financial performance, and a consistently elevated member and staff experience across the entire property. Both Directors serve as Managers on Duty and share responsibility for leading the overall Food and Beverage operation. This structure is designed to provide depth of leadership, continuity of service, and unified strategic direction across all Club operations.
