You’re an experienced financial that leads the process of financially defining, executing and delivering on the financial ambitions for Division Rock Tools. As a key member of the management team, you act as a strategic financial partner to the division leadership. You lead the finance organization in a global matrix setup, ensuring strong execution, transparency and confidence in financial decision‑making while contributing to the division’s strategic direction.

The location for this role is in Sandviken, Sweden. This is also where the rest of the division management team is located. Global travel is part of the assignment.
You bring extensive experience from senior finance roles with strategic responsibility, ideally from the manufacturing industry. Business controlling is a natural part of your toolkit, and you’re comfortable operating in a global or regional organization with an international footprint and matrix structure. You’re fluent in English, verbally and in writing.
