The Director of Finance & Administrative Services provides executive leadership for the utility’s Accounting & Finance and Supply Chain Services departments. This role is responsible for developing and executing financial strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the long-term financial stability of the municipal utility. The position works closely with the General Manager and leadership team to guide strategic initiatives and financial planning.
