The Director of Finance manages one of the regional financial accounting and advisory services groups of The Salvation Army for Canada and Bermuda and has responsibility for relationship management and for providing financial and strategic advice to the various mission partner leadership teams within the related region. The Director of Finance conducts financial reviews as required, monitors overall financial health for various operating units in Canada and Bermuda and through a collaborative approach with the appropriate divisional or territorial leadership teams, develops action plans to address concerns when needed. The Director of Finance recommends and administers policies and procedures pertaining to such matters and is responsible for ensuring the integrity of the accounting records in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

Compensation:
The target hiring range for this position is $105,518.40 to $131,913.60 with a maximum of $158,288.00.
Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
