The Director of Finance provides strategic leadership and oversight for all financial functions of the Waterbury campus. This position leads the development, execution, and monitoring of the campus budget and is responsible for managing complex financial operations across multiple funding sources while ensuring full compliance with university policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices in financial stewardship. This position additionally supports key human resource functions as they relate to financial planning, personnel budgeting, and workforce management, ensuring alignment between staffing decisions and fiscal strategy.
