What The Position is About:

• Oversee the entire field operations for the Orlando location to ensure operations targets and goals are achieved
• Oversee a team of 25+ people with 7-8 direct reports (Installation, Production, logistics, warehousing)
• Implement policies and procedures to improve day-to-day operations
• Recruit, hire, and manage all managers within the field operations department
• Ensure installation and production processes are completed within specified budgetary guidelines and quality initiatives
• Manage communication, logistics, warehousing, installations crews, and measuring
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure appropriate job objectives are met effectively and completely

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• 15+ years of experience leading production/installation teams in the home improvement industry
• Windows experience
• Experience leading managers in a director-level operations role
• High-volume experience (revenue and job production) is preferred
