Qualifications:

Responsible for managing all administrative and programmatic functions related to Children’s Mental Health Services. Enforces agency policies and procedures. May develop new policies and procedures to support programming for children and families, including the EIMH and other applicable grants. Oversees and manages the budget for Children’s Mental Health Services, including any/all grants assigned. Authorizes expenditures and secures additional funding sources to support the program. Instructs, assigns, schedules, checks and appraises performance. Hires, approves disciplinary action and discharge, and approves pay increases and/or promotions. Reviews case records with subordinate supervisors to ensure quality.
