Job Description

  • This is a full-service exterior remodeling division of a larger corporation, backed by more than a century of innovation and recognized as a leading provider in the home improvement industry

What The Position is About:

  • Oversee the events department across eight locations
  • Oversee all operations and ensure that events run smoothly, including troubleshooting any problems that arise
  • Recruit, hire, and train event staff
  • Manage event logistics including setup, teardown, scheduling, and inventory
  • Track performance and continuously optimize event outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with vendors and service providers to guarantee a positive experience for all parties involved
  • Continuous in the field training with event staff
  • Partner with sales leadership to align on lead feedback and outcomes

The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • Non-traditional marketing experience within the home improvement/services industry
  • The ability to scale events across multiple locations
  • Experience managing managers
