The Director of Enterprise Onboarding is responsible for leading and optimizing the partner onboarding experience, ensuring successful implementation, adoption, and long-term growth of strategic partnerships. This role oversees onboarding programs for enterprise partners, develops scalable enablement strategies, and collaborates cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Sales leadership to deliver a seamless onboarding journey.
The ideal candidate is a strong people leader, process builder, and relationship manager who can balance operational excellence with strategic partner engagement. This individual will drive onboarding effectiveness, accelerate time-to-value, and ensure customers are positioned for long-term success and growth.

Compensation for this role is a combination of salary, commission and bonus, targeting a total annual compensation range of $120,000 - $140,000+. The salary range is $90,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on experience.
