What We Are Looking For
Baylor University is seeking a Director of Enrollment & Alumni Services to develop and implement strategies and programs to enhance Baylor's GSSW recruitment and enrollment efforts. This position will travel extensively to represent the Garland School at professional meetings and conferences in addition to cultivating and maintaining relationships necessary to build a strong enrollment in Garland School baccalaureate and graduate programs. The Director of Enrollment & Alumni Services also supports the mission by aiding students in identifying and expressing their sense of calling and vocation in the world of work following graduation. Lastly, the director is responsible for increasing on- and off-campus events and outreach for constituents of the Garland School, developing a broader array of strategies for communication & interaction with prospective students, applicants, applicant referral sources, and alumni.
A Bachelor’s degreeand five years of experience are required. A Master’s degree and eight years of experience are preferred. Additional experience or education will be considered in lieu of one another.
Applications must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Occasional evening, weekend, and travel responsibilities within and outside of Texas are inherent to this role, with some seasons more concentrated. Must have a valid US Driver License and ability to drive throughout the state of Texas.
