As Director of Engineering Masters – Tauranga, you will provide strategic and academic leadership for the University's postgraduate engineering programmes, ensuring they remain innovative, industry-connected and aligned with the University's growth objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
Salary will be in the range of $150,661 to $166,176 per year based on skills, knowledge and experience brought to the position. This is a permanent full-time (37.5 hours per week) position based at the University of Waikato's Tauranga campus.

The School of Engineering (Te Kura Mata-Ao) is part of the Division of STEM and delivers a broad range of engineering programmes spanning Chemical & Process, Civil, Electrical and Electronic, Environmental, Materials & Process, Mechatronic and Mechanical Engineering.
The School has established strengths in research and development across energy, water, robotics, sensing, biomedical engineering, materials, construction, infrastructure and structural engineering. Through strong industry partnerships and research-led teaching, the School is committed to developing graduates who are equipped to address complex engineering challenges and contribute to regional, national and global innovation.
