About the Role

We are looking for a Director of Engineering to lead our Data Classification and Detection Systems domain, one of the core pillars of Sentra’s product.

This role owns the end-to-end engineering and technical strategy behind how we identify, classify, and act on sensitive data at scale. You will lead a multidisciplinary organization spanning Backend Engineering, Data Science, and Data Analysts, responsible not only for the classification engine but also for adjacent systems such as Detection & Response, Policy Engine, and Remediation workflows.

This is a deeply technical leadership role. You are expected to operate comfortably across system design, data platforms, and ML-driven products—while also being a strong execution leader who can scale teams and deliver production-grade systems.
