• Lead all preventative maintenance and repair programs with creativity, innovation, and a solutions‑driven mindset
• Power our sustainability vision by championing eco‑forward initiatives across the property
• Inspire, develop, and train Engineering Talent so they’re always ready for what’s next
• Build strong, stylish, and strategic partnerships with contractors, vendors, and key stakeholders
• Guide and empower the Engineering Maintenance team to deliver seamless, high‑touch operations
• Identify, complete, and oversee repairs that keep the property looking iconic and performing at its peak
• Elevate building and service standards with bold improvement ideas that keep us ahead of the industry curve
