The Department of Nursing Administration at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University is seeking a full-time TH Associate Administrator, Director of Emergency Room.
The Director of Emergency Room plays a crucial role in the leadership of the services offered in the Emergency Department. The Emergency Department serves as the primary entry point to the University Hospital of Brooklyn at SUNY Downstate and is responsible for approximately 90% of inpatient admissions, including cardiac emergencies, delivering life-saving treatments and requiring exceptional leadership to maintain operational efficiency, ensuring patient safety, and providing clinical excellence.
