The Director of Education reports to the Center Manager and is responsible for meeting revenue, operations, and marketing goals at the Center. The Director of Education manages all aspects of Exam Prep Services, including supervision of program prescription, initial program, program revision, instruction, and student progress.

Responsibilities

• Organize successful events to promote sales
• Visit schools and merchants to develop relationships
• Keep schedule, write and distribute email/mail to parents about promotions and keep communication with parents and teachers, make sales calls
• Manage enrollment process, academic evaluation, mailings, and appointment book for the director, and support directors meetings
• Able to competently handle walk-in inquiries and conferences with parents
• Keeps billing and charges up to date and organize files and workspace
• Order supplies and maintains an inventory of office and marketing materials without much help
• Take marketing and lead generating initiatives
• Self-directed, requiring minimal supervision, self-starter
• A thoughtful, adaptive, and positive mindset
• Highly resourceful, reliable, organized, and detail-oriented (precise and reliable)
• Maintains a cool head under pressure, confident, discrete, easy-going personality
• Able to get work done quickly/efficiently and manage deadlines

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelors degree (Management or Education preferred)
• 1-2 years of management, customer service, sales or education preferred
• Excellent organizational skills
• An enthusiastic, outgoing and team-oriented personality
• Motivation to take the initiative to ensure that a student's time at Huntington is memorable
• A confident and flexible demeanor
• Outstanding communication skills
• Confident, fast typing, with a friendly and professional phone manner- common sense to know what to say and not to say to clients
• Proficient in using database software, working knowledge of Word, Excel, PPT, Windows and Google
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Possess a sincere desire to make a difference in the lives of students and their families.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation as minimal travel is required.
• Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
• CPR Certification (Preferred)
