What You’ll Do

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of the E-Commerce department, including business planning, content strategy, customer experience, web analytics, and supporting technologies
  • Drive E-Commerce initiatives end-to-end, acting as a project manager to evaluate, prioritize, develop, implement, and test new ideas
  • Partner cross-functionally to develop and execute strategic and tactical business plans that support overall E-Commerce growth
  • Leverage data and analytics to measure performance, generate insights, and guide decision-making across the organization
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand and innovate beyond current E-Commerce practices
  • Manage financial performance, including P&L ownership, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, setting clear goals and fostering accountability and growth
  • Collaborate with retail leadership to align inventory, merchandising, and omnichannel strategies
  • Leads with curiosity by staying informed on emerging technologies and artificial intelligence advancements. Evaluates and integrates appropriate innovations to drive efficiency, enhance performance, and support organizational strategy and outcomes.
  • Support a culture aligned with Goodwill’s values, including reliability, teamwork, and commitment to mission

Requirements

What You Bring

  • Strong knowledge of E-Commerce platforms, technologies, and analytics
  • Proven analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, test results, and translate insights into action
  • Demonstrated business judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize high-impact initiatives
  • Experience in E-Commerce (5+ years preferred); bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment
  • A leadership style that fosters an inclusive, equitable, and high-performing team culture
