What The Position is About:

• Own the e-commerce strategy, execution, and performance, driving revenue growth, profitability, and best-in-class customer experience across all digital touchpoints
• Lead all aspects of the online customer experience, including site merchandising, product discoverability, navigation, and conversion optimization
• Partner with Marketing to drive digital growth initiatives across SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and promotional campaigns
• Utilize analytics and performance data to identify growth opportunities, improve customer acquisition and conversion, and provide insights to executive leadership
• Lead seasonal campaigns, product launches, and ongoing optimization efforts to maximize traffic, engagement, and sales performance
• Manage external partners, platforms, and technology solutions that support the e-commerce ecosystem
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• 8+ years of progressive e-commerce or digital leadership experience, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role
• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or advanced degree is preferred
• Experience managing and scaling a multi-million-dollar e-commerce business
• Proficiency in website management and content management
• Understanding of AI aspects related to e-commerce
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
