About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Digital Revenue & Experience to lead the next phase of digital growth and customer engagement. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, product, and technology, owning the end-to-end digital ecosystem that drives pipeline, revenue, and customer experience.
You will play a critical leadership role in shaping digital strategy, optimizing the B2B customer journey, and building scalable platforms that deliver measurable business impact across both e-commerce and broader pipeline influence.
What You’ll Do
Lead Digital Revenue Strategy
- Define and execute a comprehensive digital revenue strategy aligned to company growth goals
- Own forecasting, budgeting, and performance management for digital channels
- Drive measurable impact to pipeline and revenue (multi-million dollar influence)
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and benchmarks to continuously optimize performance
- Partner with executive leadership to align priorities and investments
Own the B2B Funnel & Demand Generation
- Lead the full funnel from MQL to revenue
- Increase digital contribution to pipeline (direct and influenced)
- Implement advanced attribution models to measure and optimize performance
- Improve conversion across landing pages and digital experiences
Build World-Class Digital Platforms & Commerce
- Own strategy for website, CMS/DXP platforms (e.g., Adobe, Sitecore, WordPress), and e-commerce ecosystems
- Drive personalization, segmentation, and UX optimization for complex B2B offerings
- Lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) using tools like Demandbase, 6sense, or Terminus
- Advance B2B e-commerce capabilities, including:
- - Product configurators
- - Parts and service platforms
- - Dealer/distributor portals
- - CPQ tools (e.g., Salesforce CPQ)
- Ensure seamless system integration, data flow, and lead management across platforms
Leverage Data & Analytics
- Build advanced analytics frameworks, including multi-touch attribution and customer journey mapping
- Deliver actionable insights through BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Own reporting that ties digital performance to pipeline and revenue outcomes
- Use data to guide strategic decisions and continuous improvement
Lead & Influence
- Build and lead a high-performing digital team (directly or cross-functionally)
- Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Product, and IT
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on digital transformation initiatives

QualificationsWhat You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5–10+ years of experience in digital revenue, digital marketing, or digital product leadership
- Proven success leading strategy and driving measurable revenue or pipeline growth
- Experience influencing or owning multi-million-dollar digital outcomes
- Strong background in B2B environments, including e-commerce and complex sales cycles
- Experience working with digital platforms, UX, SaaS, or digital ecosystems
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, BI platforms)
