As the Director of Digital Platforms - Delivery, you will lead a cross-functional team of developers, Business Systems Analysts (BSAs), and Quality Assurance (QA) analysts delivering digital solutions across our client-facing channel, including cooperators.ca, Online Services (OLS), Mobile App, and National Quote & Buy (NQB).
You will combine strong technical leadership, delivery excellence, and forward-thinking innovation to drive end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives that enhance client experience and create business value.
This role plays a pivotal leadership function in shaping the future of software delivery in Digital Platforms Technology, including introducing agentic AI-enabled development practices across the SDLC. You will foster a culture of agile delivery, engineering excellence, and continuous improvement that will enable teams to execute complex initiatives at scale with speed and quality.
Expected salary/hourly range $114,021 - $164,000+
The salary amount for the successful candidate is determined by Co-operators in its discretion and will vary depending on several criteria including but not limited to: local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualification, experience and education.
Employees may also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn additional compensation tied to individual and/or business performance, or other business metrics.
