In addition to a talented cadre of environmental lawyers and legislative advocates, Earthjustice has an amazing Communications department that works in partnership with every other department at the organization. Earthjustice is seeking a seasoned digital leader to serve as Director of Digital Fundraising & Advocacy. The role sits at the intersection of the organization's Communication and Development teams and is responsible for translating Earthjustice's legal and advocacy work into compelling digital campaigns and strategies that both mobilize supporters and drive revenue. The Director will oversee an integrated program spanning email, SMS, web assets, and advertising. This role holds direct accountability for growing the organization's online fundraising and supporter base year over year. This is a strategic leadership role that requires equal fluency in fundraising and advocacy — someone who can build campaigns that move people to act, give, and stay engaged over time. This is a supervisory position, overseeing a team of 8 across the Digital Fundraising and Digital Advocacy sub-teams. Directly supervises three staff members:
