Responsibilities of the Director of Diagnostics

• Oversee the development and implementation of cutting-edge diagnostic strategies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate diagnostics into clinical protocols effectively
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations while maintaining the highest quality of diagnostic services
• Drive research initiatives and collaborate on clinical trials to advance diagnostic services
• Develop and manage departmental budgets to optimize operational efficiency

Key Qualifications for the Director Role

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in a related field (e.g., Health Sciences, Medical Technology)
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a leadership role within a diagnostics or clinical laboratory setting
• Proven track record in managing large teams and complex projects
• Excellent communication and team-building skills
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and strategic growth in diagnostics

Required

• Master's degree or higher

• Prior Post-Degree Clinical Experience (2+ years)

• Valid Regular Driver License (DL)

• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • Licensed Psychological Practitioner (LPP)
  • Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP)
