What You'll Do

• Own and drive the delivery strategy for the iGaming platform and front-end product ecosystem

• Convert strategic goals into actionable roadmaps across product and engineering teams

• Collaborate closely with the VP of Operations to align priorities, sequencing, and delivery outcomes

• Lead complex, cross-functional programmes spanning platform development, front-end product delivery, and operational change

• Foster accountability among product, engineering, and delivery groups to guarantee high-quality, timely completion

• Ensure clarity of scope, requirements, dependencies, and success metrics across all initiatives

• Lead and accelerate platform migration initiatives, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum business value

• Coordinate the transition of products, markets, and capabilities onto strategic platforms

• Identify and remove blockers to delivery, driving pace and efficiency across programmes

• Serve as the link between product, engineering, and operational teams

• Ensure business requirements are clearly defined, understood, and translated into scalable solutions

• Support the evolution of product roadmaps through strong delivery insight and execution feasibility

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience leading large-scale delivery, transformation, or platform programmes within iGaming or similar digital industries

• Strong understanding of platform architecture, front-end product development, and migration strategies

• Demonstrated success in leading delivery within product and engineering teams in challenging settings

• Experience managing platform migrations or large-scale technical transformations

• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of iGaming operating models

• Proven capability to impact and work effectively with senior leadership (VP and above)

• Execution-focused leader with a strong bias for action

• Strategic problem solver who can translate vision into delivery

• Highly cooperative, with the ability to impact both technical and non-technical teams

• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving clarity at pace

• Resilient, decisive, and driven to achieve goals
