
The Opportunity: Director of Data Analytics

Pay: $80,000- $90,000/ year

As Director of Data Analytics, you will oversee the design and implementation of standardized performance measurement, reporting, and analytics across VOAMASS systems. You will play a key role in optimizing our Electronic Health Record (EHR) to meet regulatory requirements while supporting accurate CPT coding, billing integrity, and revenue cycle performance.
You will partner closely with senior leadership, the Vice President of Integrated Services, and program teams to build integrated dashboards and data tools that support care coordination, population health management, and informed decision-making at all levels of the organization.
