
JST is seeking a Director of Curriculum / Dean of Academics to support the central office. The Director of Education serves as the JST's enterprise authority for curriculum quality, instructional integrity, and learning innovation across government and commercial leadership development programs. This role is responsible for designing, governing, facilitating, and continuously improving scalable, assessment-driven curricula aligned to adult learning principles, Instructional Systems Design (ISD/ADDIE), and observable leadership behavior change. Operating as both a senior facilitator and practitioner, the Director of Education actively facilitates and instructs adult learners while ensuring instructional consistency, instructor excellence, and credentialed learning pathways. The role partners closely with the Program Manager to support growth, risk mitigation, and long-term sustainability.
This is a full-time remote position that must have the ability and willingness to travel up to 25%–75% to support instruction, instructor development, and customer engagement.
