CØMPΛNIUM Hospitality is partnering with an ultra-luxury private island resort in the Maldives to appoint a Director of Culinary as part of its pre-opening leadership team.
This flagship property is designed for an ultra-high-net-worth clientele, where gastronomy is not simply an offering but a defining pillar of the guest experience. The culinary program is conceived as a destination in itself, blending precision, creativity, and deeply personalized service.
This role represents a rare opportunity to create and lead a fully integrated culinary identity from inception, within one of the most ambitious hospitality projects in the region.
The Director of Culinary will hold full ownership of the resort's culinary strategy, execution, and performance across all outlets and experiences.
This is a hands-on leadership role, combining strategic vision with strong operational discipline. The successful candidate will be deeply involved in the day-to-day running of the kitchens, while shaping a coherent, elevated, and highly distinctive gastronomic offering.
