This is a remote position. Operating within a complex partnership and multi-stakeholder environment, our client is entering a vital phase of strategic development. To support this growth, they are seeking a high-calibre Director of Corporate & Finance to lead their corporate services, champion robust financial stewardship, embed strong governance frameworks, and guide the organisation through significant change management and operational evolution. As a core member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Director of Corporate & Finance will hold overall responsibility for strategic financial leadership, risk management, legal, compliance, procurement, and HR functions. The postholder will provide clear direction, ensuring the organisation remains financially resilient, compliant, and well-governed while driving value-for-money initiatives across all operations. The role would suit a qualified accountant with a proven track record in governance, corporate services, and managing significant change management/organisational evolution . · Location: This is a home-based role with travel across Oxfordshire.
