Job Description

We’re seeking a high-performing sales leader to drive strategic growth, lead market expansion, and collaborate with senior leadership and marketing to generate leads, close deals, and exceed targets. This role demands exceptional planning, communication, and business development skills and a commitment that goes far beyond a 9-to-5. This leadership role carries real accountability and demands active selling, positioning you as the face of the business in both internal and external arenas. You’ll represent the company at industry conferences, client meetings, and business development events - often requiring travel and overnight stays, while operating with urgency, integrity, and strategic foresight. What You’ll Own:

  • Architect and execute strategic sales initiatives that fuel long-term growth
  • Lead high-impact client acquisition efforts in competitive markets
  • Identify and engage decision makers including HOA Boards, Developers, and industry partners.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and marketing to generate leads, craft proposals, and close deals
  • Deliver compelling presentations and confidently navigate complex negotiations
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor moves and use that intel to win
  • Drive CRM excellence (Salesforce) and ensure every lead is nurtured with precision
  • Build, maintain, and leverage trusted relationships within the community association and vendor services ecosystem.
  • Identify and unlock growth opportunities within existing territories
  • Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and client engagements

Qualifications

What You Bring:

  • A minimum of 3 years in sales leadership or business development within a service-driven industry
  • Proven success in high-volume, high-touch business development
  • Background in community association management, HOA vendor services, or related industries strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, planning, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders
  • Comfort with travel, evening events, and the hustle that comes with elite performance

Additional Requirements:

  • Attend both internal and external business development meetings and / or events, which may include but is not limited to; industry conferences and meetings and company hosted business development events
  • Possess excellent grammar, spelling and proofreading skills
  • Demonstrate good common sense, sound judgment, and a high ethical bar.

Reporting Structure:

  • Reports directly to the Regional Vice President of Sales.
  • Collaborates closely with local branch leadership and marketing to align regional and national sales objectives.

Travel Requirements:

  • Travel may be required (approximately 25–40%).

Working Conditions:

  • Typical office environment with frequent social and client interaction.
