Our Lady of the Fields Parish seeks a dynamic and mission-driven Director of Communications to lead and unify all parish communications. This role is essential in moving beyond simple information-sharing toward actively proclaiming the Good News of Jesus Christ and advancing the parish's mission and vision.
The Director of Communications will develop, coordinate, and implement a comprehensive communications strategy that strengthens engagement within the parish and expands outreach to the broader community. This individual will serve as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, ensuring that all communications reflect and promote the parish's mission at the highest level. The Director of Communications will report directly to the Pastor.

Position Qualifications:
Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000, Annualized
