Oversees activities of the Commission Support Section. Reports to the Chief of Staff. Responsible for providing policy, legislative and other significant information and updates to the Texas Transportation Commission. Supervises professional and
technical employees. Work requires extensive contact with departmental executives, managers, government officials and private entities. Employees at this level perform work at the highest level of discretion and independent judgment and are responsible for

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Relevant work experience may be substituted for degree on a year per year basis. Substitutions for Minimum Qualifications
Valid driver’s license. This position requires driving a state vehicle.
