We are seeking an experienced and mission-driven Hospice Director of Clinical Services (DCS) to provide strategic and clinical leadership for our interdisciplinary care team. This position oversees all aspects of hospice clinical operations — ensuring quality, compliance, and exceptional patient-centered care.
Lead and support the hospice clinical team, including nurse managers, social workers, chaplains, CNAs, volunteers, and support staff.
Oversee delivery of high-quality care in alignment with all state, federal, and accreditation standards.
Collaborate with the Medical Director and Director of Hospice Operations to plan, implement, and evaluate all clinical programs.
Direct clinical policies, quality improvement initiatives, and interdisciplinary team meetings.
Manage staffing, scheduling, and clinical documentation to ensure patient needs and regulatory standards are met.
Participate in budget planning, audits, and performance improvement initiatives.
Foster a culture of compassion, accountability, and continuous learning among clinical team members.
Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Georgia (required).
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience in hospice, home health, or related healthcare setting.
Strong knowledge of hospice regulations, standards of care, and interdisciplinary team management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
