The CSA Director is a strategic leader in the student success space. In addition to advancing programs within the CSA, they partner with units across campus to advance initiatives and leverage Navigate to improve academic support and student success outcomes. This person must think critically and take action to move the Center for Student Achievement, departmental tutoring, and academic support forward.
Authority and Accountability
The CSA Director reports directly to the Associate Vice President of Academic Affairs and Student Success. Currently, three professional staff members report to the CSA Director: one Assistant Director, one Coordinator, and one administrative assistant. In addition, three-four graduate assistants report to this person. The director is responsible for day-to-day operations, the overall plan for the department, and the CSA budget.

The position is a full-time, exempt state role with comprehensive benefits.
