The Director of Campaign Operations & Communications serves as a key leader in the execution and operational management of UWGA's multi-year fundraising campaign. This role translates campaign strategy into action by overseeing campaign operations, CRM and data strategy, project management, donor engagement processes, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
The Director ensures campaign activities, systems, and stakeholders remain aligned while providing the infrastructure necessary to support fundraising success, donor stewardship, campaign leadership, and long-term growth.
