Job Description

What The Position is About:

  • Oversee the call center/inside sales staff including the call center leadership and agents (~35 person team)
  • The main function of this call center is to qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team, so it is heavy outbound and requires the ability to prioritize leads
  • Manage staffing levels, looking to scale the team to 40-50 agents over the next year
  • Monitor and analyze call center metrics and reports to identify trends, address performance gaps, and implement process improvements
  • Operate in a tech-heavy call center stack including Five9, AI grading/QA platform, and system for logging/source details
  • Identify and implement strategies to optimize efficiency, productivity, and sales
  • Manage the department budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources

The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • Proven leader in B2C outbound inside sales/appointment-setting environments
  • Experience managing leaders
  • Strong people leader, analytical, and data-driven personality
  • Comfortable in tech-heavy call environments
