Hiring Position: Director of Business Innovation and Incubation

Working Condition: Hydride

Our client is a leader of trades in petroleum products, gas products, and supplies and equipment for oil service stations, consumable products, and transportation in Thailand.

The company also manages petrol stations. It also engages in food and beverages business; operates convenience stores under its own brand portfolio.

Furthermore, the company engages in oil transportation, transportation liquid products, management system, health product development, and digital currency exchange and digital assets seller and foreign currency exchange business. It also offers support services, electronic financial services, money transfer services, payment facilitating services, bill payment services, and goods logistics services, including passenger transportation, as well as engages in car service and car repair business.

Job purposes:

Set policies, formulate a strategic plan Control and manage operations related to information technology under their responsibilities in accordance with the vision and mission of the company. Study and find ways to improve the information technology system to be able to support the needs of use effectively according to the specified standards. Comply with relevant regulations

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Able to apply Design Thinking process to gather customer insight and develop new business, new product and new service.
• Oversee all projects and use Agile methodology for project management with strongly business execution.
• Understand many business areas such digital platform (Lifestyle, Financial Service, Insurance), Health tech and Retail (Online/Offline) to formulate marketing strategy and have business acumen with P/L perspective for running business.
• Have ability to set up new businesses and scale up.
• Co-create the business solution aligned business direction to leverage benefits for both company and Startup.
• Manage all related internal and external stakeholders including all executives and Startups or Partners.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics and Master's in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Innovation Management or related fields.
• At least 5 years experiences in Innovation Management and Business Set up.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to prioritize with Business Impact and Risk management.

• Have passion, energetic, dynamic and able to work under high pressure.

• Broad business knowledge.
