As the Director of Business Development, Clinical Research, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our clinical research organization. This position requires a strategic thinker with deep industry knowledge and proven expertise in building partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue goals. You will lead efforts to develop relationships with pharmaceutical companies, CROs, and other key stakeholders, positioning our organization as a trusted partner in the clinical research space. With a focus on innovation and collaboration, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our business while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in business development or sales within the clinical research industry, focusing on pharmaceuticals or CROs.
