The Director, Business Development, is responsible for building and closing a pipeline of large, complex new business opportunities with health systems and enterprise healthcare organizations. This role drives outbound-led new business development at the Director level and above, targeting sizable annual contract value (ACV) opportunities that expand Jackson Health Collective’s footprint across its brand portfolio (JTP, LRS, JNP, JHP, JPP). This is a hunting role: the majority of time is spent generating and advancing net-new pipeline through proactive outbound activity, not managing existing accounts. We are looking for a proven business developer who knows how to build pipeline from scratch. Healthcare or staffing experience is welcome, and we are equally open to strong business developers from other industries; we will teach the market.

Responsible for bringing market knowledge (or learning it quickly) and leading with a consultative, problem-solving approach throughout the sales cycle.
Responsible for advancing complex, high-value opportunities through to close in partnership with leadership.
Responsible for ensuring a smooth transition from sale to delivery.
Responsible for maintaining strong internal relationships and reporting discipline.
Responsible for conducting job duties in accordance with the Corporate Values and Culture.
