Our model combines local client leadership with global engineering teams across Europe and Latin America. We are investing heavily in AI and modern software delivery via initiatives like Coherent Catalyst, and we expect our client-facing teams to lead those conversations with customers.

About the Role

This is a pure hunter role. You carry a quota, and your primary responsibility is winning new enterprise clients through your own prospecting, BDR introductions, inbound leads, partner referrals, and your professional network. Once a new account is closed, you will work closely with our delivery management teams to grow it into a long-term, strategic relationship.

You will engage with buyers ranging from directors to C-suite executives and navigating complex, multi-disciplinary decision processes. The services market is changing rapidly; AI is reshaping how software gets built, delivered, and priced. The expectation for this role is to understand these shifts and discuss them confidently with executive buyers. You don’t need to be an AI engineer, but you must understand where the market is heading and connect those changes to how it impacts a client’s growth, efficiency, risk, and bottom line.

What You'll Do

• Own the full sales cycle: Prospect, qualify, shape the solution with delivery, negotiate, and close net-new business;
• Win new logos and establish the foundation to expand the strategic accounts you win;
• Lead commercial strategy for SOWs, master services agreements (MSAs), pricing, and contracts;
• Run RFI/RFP responses and tailored proposals in tight collaboration with engineering and delivery teams;
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline with highly accurate forecasting in Salesforce;
• Partner with marketing on targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns and regional events;
• Represent Coherent at major industry events and face-to-face client meetings;

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of selling custom software engineering, digital product services, or IT consulting;
• A proven track record of hunting and winning new enterprise clients with multi-year, multi-discipline services engagements;
• Comfort selling to C-suite and VP buyers, with the ability to confidently articulate how modern AI-driven development models accelerate time-to-market;
• Deep working knowledge of the SDLC, global distributed delivery models, and agile consulting;
• Experience working with distributed global delivery teams (specifically leveraging talent pools in Europe and Latin America);
• Stability matters to us. Enterprise services relationships take years to build, and we want the same commitment from our people. A history of multi-year tenures will carry significantly more weight than a long list of short-term logos;
• Minnesota preferred; WI, IL, or East Coast considered;
