The Director of Business Development plays an essential role in the growth of HC3 by leading, managing, and holding the Business Development team accountable for increasing company revenue and coordinating with our partner relationships to drive revenue. By providing overall direction and coaching support to the sales team, this position directly impacts the size of the company's client base and, in turn, the company's overall revenue.

This role provides direct oversight and direction to the Business Development team, including assigning work, hiring open positions, and conducting performance reviews.
Work will be performed in a climate-controlled office space.
This role requires travel to conferences and presentations. Occasional flights and overnight travel may be necessary.
This role will require using a computer for long periods of time while either sitting or standing.
This is a full-time position with responsibilities that may require night and weekend work in order to remain available to direct reports and area(s) of oversight, and a flexible schedule to remain available to meet with clients and prospective clients.
