About KREWE

KREWE is an independent, high-fashion eyewear brand rooted in the vibrant culture and boundless creativity of our hometown, New Orleans - and now proudly headquartered in both New Orleans and New York City. Since our launch in 2013, KREWE has grown into a dynamic brand celebrated for its distinctive, handcrafted sun and optical frames that reflect a deep commitment to quality, individuality, and design.

In 2022, we opened the doors to our NYC headquarters in the heart of the Meatpacking District, building a second home for the brand that brings New Orleans’ culture, creativity, and energy to one of the world’s most iconic design capitals. Our presence now spans brick-and-mortar boutiques, mobile retail concepts, and a thriving e-commerce platform - alongside distribution through premier independents and top national retailers. Celebrated for our unique approach to design, KREWE has cultivated a loyal following among style-conscious consumers and influential tastemakers.

As we continue to expand, we’re looking for passionate, driven, and innovative individuals to join our talented team. At KREWE our work is fast-paced, collaborative, and deeply mission-driven. Our people are high-performing and ambitious - not just about hitting goals, but about building something that’s original, culturally rooted and globally resonant. Every team member at KREWE has the opportunity to own their role and make a lasting impact. If this sounds like the right environment for you we invite you to apply below.

KREWE is looking for a Director of Brand Marketing to help define how the brand shows up in the world and drive the strategies that generate awareness, demand, and long-term brand equity. This role sits at the center of the marketing organization, responsible for translating business objectives into integrated brand and marketing strategies that connect with consumers across every touchpoint. You will partner closely with Creative, PR, Retail, Digital, and Product teams to develop compelling campaigns, identify opportunities to grow cultural relevance, and ensure the brand consistently shows up in impactful and meaningful ways.

Part strategist, part operator, and part business leader, this role requires someone who can move seamlessly between big-picture thinking and execution. You are equally comfortable developing a go-to-market plan, evaluating new opportunities for growth, and building the systems that ensure ideas come to life at a high level. This is a high-visibility role with real influence on how KREWE evolves visually in the coming years; your work will help refine and elevate the brand’s creative output across every channel. This is an opportunity to play a meaningful role in shaping the future of a fast-growing brand while helping define what the next chapter of KREWE looks like.

At KREWE, we move with intention. We think boldly. We believe design should elevate every touchpoint of the brand. If you’re energized by building the next evolution of a contemporary luxury maison — and you’re driven, curious, and obsessed with great design—you’ll feel right at home.
