Shape the Future of Healthy Aging
At Otterbein SeniorLife, we believe aging should be filled with purpose, connection, wellness, and opportunity. We are seeking an innovative and passionate Director of Brain Health Strategy to lead efforts that support cognitive resilience and healthy aging across our communities and services.
Our path forward is informed by a growing body of scientific evidence demonstrating that cognitive decline is not an inevitable part of aging and that structured, multidomain lifestyle interventions can play a meaningful role in preventing cognitive decline, protecting brain health, and improving cognitive function. This role offers a unique opportunity to translate that science into practical, everyday strategies and programs that strengthen cognitive resilience, enhance quality of life, promote lifelong learning, encourage meaningful engagement, and support overall wellness. The Director of Brain Health Strategy will collaborate with leaders, partners, researchers, and community stakeholders to bring evidence-informed initiatives to life and advance a comprehensive, research-supported approach to brain health—positioning Otterbein as a leader in helping older adults preserve cognitive function and thrive throughout the aging journey.
