Key Responsibilities

AI & Automation Development

• Design and build AI systems that automate repetitive clinical and operational workflows
• Develop voice-to-note and shorthand-to-chart tools for provider documentation
• Create internal bots and AI assistants to drive staff and provider efficiency

Systems & Integrations

• Build integrations between EMRs, APIs, and AI platforms
• Automate workflows across scheduling, intake, billing, compliance, and patient communication
• Develop intelligent systems that reduce administrative burden for providers

Execution & Impact

• Rapidly prototype and ship real solutions — not decks, not theory
• Translate leadership ideas into deployed AI products
• Build scalable automation infrastructure across multiple clinics and teams

Qualifications

• Highly technical with a strong ability to build and ship AI-powered tools independently
• Creative problem-solver with a bias toward execution
• Experience with AI platforms, APIs, and workflow automation tools
• Ability to work cross-functionally with clinical, operational, and leadership teams
• Healthcare experience is a plus, but curiosity and drive matter more
