  • Represent the organization at strategic coalitions, public forums, and industry roundtables to position the organization as a premier community partner.

Community Engagement & Outreach

  • Direct community-based listening sessions, workshops, and informational campaigns to establish community trust and identify unmet needs.
  • Serve as the primary community liaison, ensuring equity, accessibility, and cultural alignment across all partner-driven programs.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms (e.g., partner surveys, community scorecards) to measure relationship health and service effectiveness.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain a rigorous pipeline management system to track prospect interactions, contract status, and target start dates.
  • Deliver monthly executive dashboards summarizing start goal budget achievements, partnership growth, and active pipeline prospects.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Operations to ensure smooth onboarding, billing setup, and start-up operations for newly secured agency partners.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: 6–8+ years of progressive experience in business development, community relations, fundraising, or agency partnership management.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding aggressive recurring financial goals, revenue targets, or monthly startup quotas.
