Some leadership roles focus primarily on operations.
Others emphasize clinical excellence.
This role offers the rare opportunity to lead both.
KenCrest is seeking an exceptional healthcare leader to oversee a highly specialized residential healthcare program for adults with complex medical needs. This position provides a unique opportunity to shape innovative services that transform lives by supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living healthy, meaningful, and connected lives within their communities.
As the Director of Adult Community Medical Homes, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for KenCrest's Adult Community Medical Homes and Home Health Agency. You will oversee programs that blend advanced clinical care with a deeply person-centered philosophy, ensuring high-quality services across residential and community-based settings. This role is responsible for strengthening clinical and operational performance, ensuring regulatory excellence, and fostering environments where individuals receive outstanding care in places they proudly call home.
This is a highly visible leadership role with broad responsibility and significant organizational impact. You will work alongside dedicated clinicians, caregivers, families, and leaders who are united by a shared commitment to excellence, innovation, and compassionate service. For the right leader, this is an extraordinary opportunity to build exceptional teams, influence meaningful outcomes, and make a lasting difference in the lives of adults and families every day.
We recognize that success in this position requires a unique blend of clinical expertise, operational leadership, business acumen, and compassion.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative and emotionally intelligent leader who thrives in complex healthcare environments and has a passion for developing people and programs. They are equally comfortable discussing clinical quality and outcomes, regulatory strategy, financial performance, workforce development, and long-term program growth.
They bring the confidence to navigate complexity, the ability to build trusted relationships, and the vision to drive continuous improvement while maintaining a steadfast focus on the individuals and families served.
Most importantly, they believe that every person deserves the opportunity to live, grow, and thrive in a supportive home and community where they are valued, respected, and empowered to achieve their fullest potential.
At KenCrest, we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to live their best life. Our mission-driven work supports adults and families through innovative services that promote choice, inclusion, wellness, and community connection.
As Director of Adult Community Medical Homes, you will have the opportunity to lead programs that are nationally recognized for their innovation and impact while helping to shape the future of complex medical residential services. If you are a passionate healthcare leader who is inspired by purpose, driven by excellence, and committed to making a meaningful difference, we invite you to join our team.
KenCrest is an equal opportunity employer.
