Salary and rank based on experience and qualifications: $68,000 - $73,750

Responsibilities:
The Director of Adult & Corrections Education reports to the Assistant VP of Academic Affairs. Duties include direct and indirect activities to support recruitment and retention of students, focusing on adult learners.
This position will:
• Oversee Adult Learning programs and initiatives (LC State Elevate) with special attention to BAS degree pathways.
* Oversee LC State's Corrections Education programs and site Coordinators (in Orofino, Boise, and Pocatello).
• Work with industry partners in Regions I and II to expand LC State Elevate programming and promote degree completion pathways.
• Refine, manage, and expand LC State's prior learning assessment program, including the 'portfolio for prior work/life experience' aspect.
• Work with student support services, faculty, and staff at LC State to coordinate efforts to recruit and retain adult learners.
• Manage the budget for Adult and Corrections Education and seek external funding opportunities in collaboration with the LC Foundation, including grants and philanthropic support, to help maintain and grow programming.
• Other duties as assigned.
This position will be based in Lewiston and will require some travel in support of the program.
