We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director – Admissions (Acute) to lead our Admissions Department and ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality access to care. In this leadership role, you will oversee the admissions process, manage departmental budgets, develop and implement revenue-generating strategies, and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and best practices. The Director will supervise and mentor admissions staff, serve as a clinical liaison with referral sources, and drive quality assurance and process improvement initiatives to enhance the patient experience.
The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in a Human Services field or an RN license, along with experience leading admissions in a behavioral health setting. This role is perfect for a dynamic leader who is passionate about operational excellence, patient-centered care, and building high-performing teams.
