Confidential search for a senior living organization seeking a Director of Accounting to lead financial operations across a multi-site portfolio. This role oversees accounting functions, financial reporting, and internal controls while partnering with executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, and financial reporting
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes
• Maintain compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Manage audits and coordinate with external partners
• Develop and mentor accounting team members
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
• 5+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience
• Multi-site or healthcare/senior living experience preferred
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
