A career within PwC's One Consulting Practice will provide you with the opportunity to work alongside senior business leaders and clients to solve complex business challenges, drive strategic transformation, and deliver sustainable value. As part of the Advisory practice, you will lead high-impact consulting engagements, oversee business growth initiatives, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the development of PwC's consulting capabilities across multiple industries and service offerings.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Business Growth: Lead the development and execution of the One Consulting growth strategy, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue generation across consulting service lines. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry leaders.
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client executives by understanding their business challenges and providing innovative, value-driven solutions. Build long-term client relationships and ensure the successful delivery of consulting engagements.
• Engagement Leadership & Delivery Oversight: Oversee multiple consulting projects across various industries, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, effective risk management, and adherence to PwC methodologies and professional standards.
• Practice Management & Operational Excellence: Support the overall management of the One Consulting practice, including business planning, resource allocation, performance management, budgeting, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• People Leadership & Talent Development: Lead, mentor, and develop consulting professionals across different levels. Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, innovation, and high performance while supporting talent acquisition and retention initiatives.
• Market Development & Thought Leadership: Represent PwC in industry forums, conferences, and client events. Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, develop market insights, and strengthen PwC's brand presence in the consulting market.
• Stakeholder Management & Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal service lines, regional teams, and leadership to identify synergies, develop integrated solutions, and achieve strategic business objectives.
• Governance, Risk & Compliance: Ensure all consulting engagements are delivered in compliance with PwC policies, regulatory requirements, professional standards, and risk management frameworks.
• Innovation & Transformation: Drive innovation within the consulting practice by promoting digital transformation, emerging technologies, process improvement, and new service offerings that enhance client value.

Mandatory Skill Sets

• Strong consulting and advisory experience across business transformation, strategy, operational excellence, or related domains.
• Proven experience in client relationship management and business development.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects and high-performing teams.

• Experience working with multinational organizations and large-scale transformation programs.

Years of Experience Required

• Minimum 12-15 years of relevant consulting, advisory, or industry experience, including significant leadership and client-facing responsibilities.
• Proven track record in leading large consulting engagements and managing strategic client relationships.
• Experience in business development, practice management, and team leadership within a professional services environment will be highly preferred.

Education Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Law, Technology, or any relevant discipline from a well-reputed institution.
• Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) from a recognized institution will be highly preferred.
• Relevant professional certifications or qualifications will be considered an added advantage.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
